These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and bdpopo ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online casino and sports betting platform accessible at https://bdpopo.net. By registering an account, making a deposit, placing a wager, or otherwise accessing any part of the bdpopo platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

These Terms were last updated in January 2026. bdpopo reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these Terms at any time without prior notice. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Material changes that affect your rights or obligations as a player will be communicated via email to your registered address or via an on-platform notification banner.

To be eligible to register and use bdpopo, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the platform:

• You are at least 18 years of age at the time of registration and at the time of each deposit, wager, or withdrawal.
• You are accessing the platform voluntarily and for personal entertainment purposes only.
• You are not accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable local law.

bdpopo reserves the right to request proof of age documentation from any player at any time. Acceptable documents include a national identity card (NID), passport, or driving licence. If a player fails to provide satisfactory proof of age within a reasonable timeframe, bdpopo reserves the right to suspend the account and withhold any pending withdrawals pending verification.

Each individual is permitted to hold one and only one registered account on bdpopo. Opening duplicate, secondary, or substitute accounts — whether under your own name or another identity — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, bdpopo reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void all pending bets and bonuses, and retain any funds held in the duplicate account(s) as a penalty for breach of these Terms.

• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your bdpopo login credentials, including your username and password.
• You must not share your account credentials with any other person. Any activity conducted under your account credentials is your sole responsibility, regardless of whether you authorised that activity.
• You must notify bdpopo immediately if you become aware of, or suspect, any unauthorised access to your account.
• bdpopo strongly recommends that you use a strong, unique password for your account and that you do not reuse passwords across different online platforms.
• bdpopo will never ask you for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. If you receive any such request, treat it as a phishing attempt and report it immediately.

bdpopo may require identity verification (KYC — Know Your Customer) at any point, including before processing your first withdrawal or when unusual account activity is detected. Verification documents may include your national identity card (NID), passport, and proof of payment method (e.g., a screenshot of your bKash or Nagad account showing your registered mobile number). Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe specified by bdpopo may result in account suspension.

All transactions on bdpopo are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). bdpopo supports deposits and withdrawals via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket (Dutch-Bangla Bank), Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. Bank transfer options are also available via select partner institutions including BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank, subject to availability at the time of transaction.

The following general rules apply to all deposits and withdrawals on bdpopo:

• Deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will be reversed.
• The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Maximum limits may apply and will be displayed at the time of transaction.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment account registered in the same name as your bdpopo account. We do not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.

• Withdrawals are typically processed within 24 hours of a verified request. Delays may occur during periods of high volume, public holidays, or where additional verification is required.
• bdpopo does not charge transaction fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider (e.g., bKash, Nagad) may apply their own standard service charges, which are beyond bdpopo's control.

Players must not use the bdpopo platform for any form of money laundering, fraud, or financial crime. bdpopo operates strict anti-money-laundering (AML) procedures and will report any suspicious activity to the relevant authorities as required by applicable law. Accounts suspected of involvement in fraudulent activity will be suspended immediately and all funds held may be withheld pending investigation.

• Bonuses are awarded to eligible accounts only. bdpopo reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion.
• All bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement before they can be converted to withdrawable funds. The wagering requirement will be specified in the promotion terms (e.g., 20x the bonus amount). Bets placed on certain game categories may contribute differently toward wagering requirements.
• Bonus funds and any winnings generated from bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the full wagering requirement has been met.

If you believe a game outcome was incorrect or that a technical issue has affected your wager, you must contact bdpopo support within 7 days of the relevant game round. Claims submitted after this period may not be eligible for review.

By using bdpopo, you agree to act responsibly, honestly, and in good faith at all times. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the bdpopo platform:

• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading registration information, including name, date of birth, address, or payment details.
• Accessing the platform while under the age of 18, or assisting a minor in accessing the platform.
• Attempting to circumvent any technical security measures, access restrictions, or self-exclusion controls in place on the platform.
• Using the platform for any purpose related to money laundering, financial fraud, or any other criminal activity.
• Engaging in any form of harassment, abuse, threats, or offensive communication directed at bdpopo staff, live dealers, or other players.
• Using automated software, bots, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the platform, place bets, or exploit game mechanics.
• Sharing, selling, transferring, or assigning your bdpopo account to any other person.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, copy, or reproduce any part of the bdpopo platform, software, or content.
• Publishing, distributing, or broadcasting any bdpopo platform content (including live streams, game footage, or odds data) without prior written consent from bdpopo.

bdpopo reserves the right to monitor account activity for compliance with these obligations. Where prohibited conduct is identified, bdpopo may take immediate action including account suspension, permanent closure, and legal action where warranted. Players found to have engaged in fraud or criminal activity using the platform will be reported to the relevant law enforcement authorities.

bdpopo reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete age verification or KYC documentation within the specified timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or criminal conduct.
• Duplicate account identified for the same individual.
• Player request for self-exclusion under our Responsible Gaming Policy.
• Court order, regulatory directive, or legal obligation requiring account restriction or closure.
• Extended account inactivity (accounts with no login activity for 12 consecutive months may be classified as dormant and subject to administrative fees or closure, with advance notice provided via email).

If you wish to close your bdpopo account voluntarily, you may do so at any time by contacting our support team at [email protected]. Before your account is closed, any remaining real-money balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method, provided all outstanding verification requirements have been met and no fraud investigation is pending.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, bdpopo reserves the right to retain any funds in the account as a penalty, particularly where the breach involved fraudulent conduct, bonus abuse, or identity misrepresentation. Players who disagree with an account closure decision may submit a formal complaint to our support team, who will review the case and provide a written response within 10 business days.

bdpopo will not be liable to you for any loss of profits, loss of opportunity, or any other direct or indirect damages arising from account suspension or closure carried out in accordance with these Terms. All decisions regarding account closure made by bdpopo in good faith and in accordance with these Terms are final.
